The Paremus Service Fabric is priced per node (physical or virtual machine) on an annual subscription basis.

Annual subscription pricing includes:

• One-year right-to-use (RTU) software license
• Full product support (standard 9x5 support or premium 24x7 support) and feature upgrades during the service period. Please visit Product Support for further information.

All Paremus Service Fabric, Runtime Patterns and Operational Tools are distributed under a commercial software license on an annual subscription basis which provides an annual Right To Use (RTU) license and support.

No support is included with either the free license or perpetual license, although questions can be submitted to the Nimble Forum.

Support packages are available on request for customers who have purchased a Nimble perpetual license.

We also offer a free, non-production use, perpetual license for Nimble for a limited number of independent developers and partners who are interested in using Nimble for their development and demos.

The perpetual license provides a ‘no time out’ license for Nimble and allows up to four (4) concurrent instances of Nimble to be run on a single machine. This is valid for each major release within a 12 month period from the date of purchase i.e.. v1.x or v2.x, and for all minor upgrades within a major release i.e. v1.0 to 1.1 to 1.x.

Customers wishing to upgrade to a subsequent major release more than 12 months after the original Nimble perpetual license purchase are required to purchase a new Nimble perpetual license. Customers who do not wish to migrate to a new major release are entitled to continue to use their current release in perpetuality with no license time out.

If you wish to run more than four (4) concurrent Nimble instances on any single machine then additional licenses will be required. The table below demonstrates this:

It is expressly forbidden in the Nimble License terms to automate the renewal of the 30 day license or to use any methods or procedures to circumvent the 30 day time out.

The Nimble Pepetual license does not allow for the modification, rent, sale, lease, distribution, sublicense or transfer of any part of the Nimble software. We will be pleased to discuss a suitable license or OEM agreement with anyone interested in such use of Nimble.
